Growth Alchemy was founded by Shimeez Bok, a revenue and ecommerce growth strategist with years of experience scaling brands through data-driven marketing, conversion optimisation and strategic creative, including leading ecommerce and marketing for brands at real scale.
After years inside high-growth ecommerce businesses, Shimeez saw too many agencies focused on vanity metrics, trends and aesthetics without understanding the numbers behind sustainable growth.
