Shimeez is an ecommerce and performance marketing leader with more than a decade in the industry. She has run ecommerce as a General Manager, led marketing and ecommerce for retail brands, and directed scaling and performance for agencies and their clients across Australia, New Zealand and the US.

That experience shaped one belief: the brands that grow sustainably are the ones that understand their unit economics. Growth Alchemy brings that discipline to every account, pairing a commercial view of the numbers with creative that people actually want to watch.
