The brief

A premium brand launched with TGA-approved, ethically sourced beauty accessories, but a website and store that wasn't converting. Growth Alchemy was brought in to rebuild the brand's digital presence and unlock the commercial potential the product deserved.

The approach

Sold out

The hero product sold out within the 30-day engagement. Demand from the new site and campaigns outpaced stock, a landmark moment for the brand and a clear signal the market was ready.

The results

Total sales grew by more than 1,200%. Orders climbed 433% and the conversion rate rose 773%, the clearest sign that the new site and strategy were working together. Sessions grew 83% from a stronger, better-targeted top of funnel.
